I mail support@getpocket.com but Pocket dont get the email

Here's what I do:
Go to https://help.getpocket.com/ on a desktop web browser.
In the top right, I click

Code: Select all

Contact Pocket Support

.
A box pops up. I complete the form with an SG address.

I receive a reply from support@getpocket.com (via myOneTimeWord.myKeyWord.SomeNumbersAndLetters.support#getpocket.com@ob.0sg.net).

I reply to that email.
After waiting one week since emailing my reply, I send them another message through that

link on their website. They say they did not get my email. They say they even checked their spam folder and nothing's there.

Does anybody know what's going on?
