shutdown issue resolved

The issue with the spam reports is now resolved -- spamcop stepped in quickly and explained things, and the ISP closely reviewed the situation and agreed that it won't be concerned about reports of messages merely passing through. Whew! Now's the time to remember how good it is that we have spam reporting, and that ISPs pay attention to it :)

Additionally, it's worth pointing out that the report(s) merely indicated that the reported messages had passed through spamgourmet, and the ISP, in an abundance of caution, chose to invoke it's anti-spam policy machinery. Now, after a careful review, the ISP acknowledges how spamgourmet works, and that messages passing through it don't indicate non-compliance with their policy.
