I sent an inquiry to Ziffy.in. Silly me for thinking they could even understand English. Anyhow, they never answered my original question. Ziffy spammed me with like 20 messages in a few months. Ziffy's customer service is really bad for a native English speaker. Perhaps they would be better if I was spending rupees. (I could 5-9 grammar errors in the most recent unsolicited commercial email (UCE) message.)
