What do you think about changing the "include hidden addresses" checkbox into 3 radio boxes:
1) Don't include hidden addresses (the default!).
2) Include hidden addresses.
3) Include ONLY hidden addresses.

What if we added a column for the hidden flag? You could then simply get all addresses and sort on the "hidden" filed by clicking on the arrows in the hidden header.

Obviously that would be better than nothing, but eliminating accounts that stand in the way of my eyes would be nicer.
