deadman switch

I would gladly pay $5/mo if I didn't have to come back to monitor the deadman switches. I would prefer just to turn off compromised addresses. But I have an effective spam filter at gmail, and I do business on the internet, so I get some spam. So the spam slips by my notice, and suddenly I have a zero count. I know you have designed a system to compel me to return to maintain the 20-limit. And you expose me to advertising when I do. Why not just let me pay you $5/mo and turn off my deadman switch decrementer when I do? Then I can set a compromised address to zero. And if I don't pay, turn the decrementer back on.
