I find Spamgourmet difficult to understand

I have changed the address in each of my two OE accounts for mail and news in the General tab to my Spamgourmet address. Will this work? - Can I use my Spamgourmet address/es in this way without it affecting downloading of messages?

If so, how many times do I use my Spamgourmet address? - once each in respect of the entry in the General tab of my two Outlook Express accounts, or each time a message is downloaded to my PC?

Spamgourmet is an email forwarder, not a mail server. What exactly is it that you have trouble understanding? Feel free to ask more questions.

I don't use Outlook, but I see that you got some help in this topic:

Thanks to Robmonster for his explanation.

Thanks

Robmonster indeed explains how to use your SG address within OE so that it does not give out your real address.
Great stuff. Most useful idea I've come across on the Net for years!
