'Show hidden' doesn't stay select during sort

This has bothered me for a while...

If you go to advanced mode and show hidden that works fine. If you then click on a column to sort the addresses, the show hidden flag clears and you're only shown the sorted list of unhidden addresses.

I can find no way of sorting while showing all of the addresses.

Also, I asked about this previously too:

On the advanced mode tab, you have:

[_________] Search Addresses

Could you change that to:

[_________] Search Addresses ( [x] Search hidden )

Where 'Search hidden' is a preference that is saved in the cookie.

I added the 'search hidden' thing to the main search, and the setting is preserved across sorting. This only required a change to the html templates, not to the code (yay - mvc pattern wins again!)

I haven't added the persistent cookie for the showhidden setting - this would require a change to the code -- is that really a big deal? We're in the process of re-working the site now -- can it wait until then?
