This virus has been very active recently -- it looks at the domain name of the address it will send itself to, then fashions the message to appear to come from the administrator of the domain.

Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it -- it orginates from infected machines and sends itself to potential victims -- it doesn't actually use spamgourmet in the process.
