Email counter not changing

It says message 1 of 20 for the past 3 messages from the same sender and its doing it for a few senders, I have used SG for over 3 yrs and never had this issue and I made no account changed

How do I fix that?

I am having the same problem. I’ve been a user for over 10 years and I’ve never had this problem before. I checked my list of addresses and the ones that are continuing to say “1 of ...” are not showing up in my list of addresses, so spamgourmet is allowing the messages to go through but not recording them in whatever way it records. So I have no way of stopping emails to this address! Please help.

That did work, it seems SG has been doing it for several of my new emails lately, so I had quite a few to workaround

Just adding my 2 cents, started experiencing the emails received-but-not-created-in-SG problem as of May 1 (2021)--
thank you @r2d2 for devising/posting the workaround-- worked for me!

For the record, I have not experienced any blacklisting using the email servers from access.net.

The problem with the message counter not incrementing has now been fixed.
