2020 March 9 Temporary Outage, minimal impact believed

2020 March 9, 18:00 UTC we had a billing snafu with our hosting provider. I've resolved it tonight, it looks like it's been about 9 hours of downtime, as it is back up at 01:00 2020 March 10 UTC

Fortunately, this kind of outage (where exim is not running because the server is offline), STMP generally finds forgiving. You should be receiving all your messages more or less around the same time, as the senders' mail service should attempt to send mail for up to 72 hours.

Apologies for the outage. It was not a funding issue but a transfer of accounts issue.

Thanks for the fix and your dedication! It's not taken for granted.

May I ask why don't you seem to use the What's New forum?
That's the forum that is meant for announcements and alerts as opposed to discussions.

I'm still experiencing an outage. I'm expecting an email from PG&E but nothing is coming through.

Yikes this is serious! SG is still down on my end. My bank sent a letter saying that email came back undeliverable.
