Any way to *initially* send someone an email through SG?

Great service. Been using it forever! Just signed up for the forums.
I have painfully converted ALL of my stores/contacts/etc to Spamgourmet addresses. I have a core email which is from GMAIL.
My question: how do I send an email directly FROM spamgourmet? I use inboxclean.com domain.
Background: someone wants me to send them an email. I DO NOT want to reveal my pure, clean GMAIL address, since that person can pickup a virus/trojan in their address book and then it's all over for my clean address. I want to avoid giving out my real email like the plague.
So, again, I want to send an email to someone using my Inboxclean.com (SG domain) headers. Is there a way I can do this?
