Are spamgourmet domains okay ?

Since a few days back, I cannot send nor receive mail sent via 9ox.net or spamgourmet.com.
I set the forwarding address to be both my work address and my gmail address, and in both cases the mail does not get through.
Could you verify if this is just my or a more gereral problem ?

P.S.: from my work address, I get:
outbounds9.obsmtp.com #<outbounds9.obsmtp.com #5.1.1 SMTP; 550 MTA inaccessible for too long for domain:9ox.net - psmtp> #SMTP#
