I was recently blessed with a free domain name, and I would like to set up a sub-domain to be an alias for spamgourmet.com. For example, say I own example.com; how should I set up the MX records so that spam.example.com points to spamgourmet.com, and so that I can send emails to someword.100.npj@spam.example.com

sorry for the delay in response -- the MX record should point to gourmet.spamgourmet.com -- you also need to let us know (PM or email) what it is, so we can set it up on this end.
