I haven't got any inboxclean.com emails for a few days now. A test email to myself bounces back with DNS timeout failure.

How are such problems resolved? Who manages that domain? Can they be notified?

I'm on it -- I'm transferring the domain to a registrar that provides dns (the new method) - this was the only one that didn't have that.

I put in a temporary fix, so hopefully it's working now -- the long term fix will be in place over the next few days, as the transfer occurs.

Josh: I can see the MX entry now and I don't get DNS timeouts but email sent thru the domain takes an awful long time (upward of 4 hours) to get through.

Any idea why?
