Trouble logging in

I opened up a second spamgourmet account. Used the same forwarding address as my first account. Can log in on basic but when I go to Advanced mode I get message saying "problem with log in, please log in again"

Is the same forwarding address causing the problem?

two accounts with the same forwarding address shouldn't cause a problem. From the same browser, are you able to log into the other account?

Are you behind a firewall? If so, can you try the same thing from another place that isn't behind the firewall?

The most common cause of that error is that the IP address associated with the request is different from the IP address that was used to log in -- this can happen with some firewall implementations.

I heard that AOL sometimes switches IP addresses between clicks -- not that you're using it, but to handle that problem, I backed off the "precision" of the IP address check a ways. So, if switching IP addresses was causing your problem, you might give it another shot.
