Additionally, it's worth pointing out that the report(s) merely indicated that the reported messages had passed through spamgourmet, and the ISP, in an abundance of caution, chose to invoke it's anti-spam policy machinery. Now, after a careful review, the ISP acknowledges how spamgourmet works, and that messages passing through it don't indicate non-compliance with their policy.
