Can't recover password

I forgot my password. I put my username and forward address in the recovery boxes. It wouldn't recognise them or send me an email. My username and address are correct, because I can send a test message to my username at spamgourmet, and it gets to my real address. There are 16 messages out of 20 there, so I can't receive many more until this is sorted. What can be done about it ?

You could PM me or Josh the following info:
*Your sg account name
* Your forwarding address

We'll send you a test email to verify that you own that forwarding address and, after verification, we'll reset your password.

Please quote this post in your PM so that I remember the context.

Sorry guys, my fault, fixed now. :oops:
I have a crafty sg account name, hard to see where it starts and ends, it even fooled me.
My brain worked this morning, so I realised I hadn't got the name quite right. I put the right stuff in, got sent a "reset p/word" email, (which arrived within seconds), and all was well from then on.
