Watchword change.. Does it kill previous watchword address?

Woa!!! And if that subject line didn't give away what I wanted to learn here today, being:
I am currently using a watchword, but alas alack and a lacky (sorry all the lackas have been taken) I believe the time has come for security's sake to trade the old watchword in for a new one.
Will my existing email addresses which have utilized the previous watchword become non-functional?
