Is that all the headers? If so, it looks like you were trying to send a message from an IP address that's outside the permissible range used by the mail server fallback.mail.atl.earthlink.net -- since you were trying to send to a domain not handled by that server, you got the relaying denied error.
The host that gave you the error is not ours, so we can't fix the problem...
You're saying everything was as usual, so I assume you were on a computer that uses earthlink as its ISP, so we would expect you to be *inside* the permissible range of IP addresses, of course, not outside.
But... The hostname of the mail server "fallback.mail...." makes it look like it's not the normal mail server, but rather one that came up in a failover scenario, so maybe it's not such a stretch to think it's misconfigured (not having the correct range of permissible IP addresses).
