No confirmation mail ever received

I'm unable to use the service because I never got the confirmation email with the link in it. My ISP has a spamfilter, but I've been watching it and nothing is coming in. What should I do?

send a message to info (at sg com) with your username and forwarding address, and we can manually confirm it.
There may be a problem with your email provider receiving mail from us, so if you do send us a message, and don't receive a reply, post back here.
