apparent error/limitations in "Trusted Sender" pro

Postby rdigqd » Thu Feb 10, 2005 3:41 pm

Scuppered when trying to receive e-mail from one
particular source.

1) Mail from
CNET_Networks_Member_Services@newsletters.online.com
gets tagged as spam even though I have
-- newsletter.online.com
and
-- newsletters.online.com
specified as 'trusted senders'

2) Attempting to set a 'Trusted Sender' using the entire e-mail
id "CNET_Networks_Member_Services@newsletters.online.com"
fails -- the string is truncated at 50 characters

(i.e: the value apparently recorded in the TS list is an
( e-mail id that ends with '.c' or '.co' depending on whether
( the sending machine specifies 'newsletter.com' or
( 'newsletters.com'

TIA for help and guidance.

newsletters.online.com should be working. Can you send the headers of such a message to info?
