Trusted sender mails get through with 0 remaining?

Sometimes, I have to maintain a relationship with one of the e-mail addresses (I put it as my trusted sender for a particular SpamGourmet alias). Can this trusted sender still send e-mails to me when that particular alias has been spammed to death (i.e. 0 remaining forwardable e-mails), and all new e-mails totally ignored?

I would appreciate a reply either here, or to my SpamGourmet alias :o (preferably the latter):

Trusted senders are checked first before the count. So yes, you can.
