You need to explain things in terms regular people can understand. I am not able to move forward and use this program . It is totally Greek to me.

If we make it simpler than that, our users' mental circuitry will become hopelessly saturated with sugary ease-of-useness and will fuse in a deliquescent goo of unchallenged neurons. 1) set up an account on the main page and confirm the account using the link in the confirmation message you get.

2) after that, use your own email software to send a mesage to the address test.3.yourusername@spamgourmet.com (but instead of yourusername, use the username of the account you just created and confirmed.
