problem with t-online addresses

I can't reply to the addresses spamgourmet genrates for t-online accounts. An example is the address I received today (Sensible data replaced by X and "Firstname Lastname"):

Did you receive an email from a t-online address, or did you generate it on sg from a disposable?

Sorry for not telling it in the first place. It is a reply Address I received. When I generate an address, it works fine.
