I changed my forwarding address, and I have not received an confirmation email at that address.

Check for typos in the forwarding address you entered.

Also, on what ISP is your new fwding address? Some ISPs such as Hotmail tend to put too many email in the "spam" bin.

I have checked the spelling of the forwarding address, it is correct. And yes it is a Hotmail account, but there is nothing in the Spam bin (Junk E_Mail), or any other place that email might have gone. Nothing has come through.

Yes it was Hotmail, aint it always microsoft. The spam filters were set to drop anything flaged as spam. I turned that off, changed the forwarding address in spam gourmet again, and the confirmation email turned up in the spam bucket.

Yup, you cannot even trust Hotmail for spam. Even The Register is complaining: http://www.theregister.com/2004/10/05/stuff_yahoo/. Quote: "Hotmail itself in unusable". See, it's not just you!
