Wouldn't it be better/cooler to change:

jqh1@gourmet.spamgourmet.com

into:

spamgourmet@gourmet.spamgourmet.com

Just because I run into some applications that always show the actual sender and jqh1@gourmet.spamgourmet.com doens't look so professional.
