Would it be handy to put a short explanation at the following 3 options?

watchword enforcement: enabled disabled
reply address masking: enabled disabled
eaten message log: enabled disabled

Just to improve the about comments "Spamgourmet is spartan in its interface, but not when it comes to useful features (and the spartan interface is a feature, too). With Spamgourmet, you get an all-around great disposable email address service, which still could need minor improvements here and there, though."
