I was under the impression that it wasn't supposed to log addresses that were hidden or something like that. Does it log every junk email?

By default, it's logging everything. We added a feature (I think) that restricts the logging to non-hidden addresses, but it's not currently accessible from the web app. Email info, and I can turn it on for you if you like.

maybe i am blind but how to you view the log after it is enabled?

The eaten message log shows up in the advanced tab.

the log isn't maintained until it's enabled -- you may have to wait awhile before an entry shows up in the list
