Is it normal for gourmet.spamgourmet.com to be sending IDENT requests to machines that have previously sent emails to spamgourmet addresses?

I ask cuz I'm logging (dropped, obviously) requests on port 113 from 216.218.230.146

I think sendmail is set up to do that. It would be better for us if it didn't
