Mails flagged with "***Suspected SPAM***" ?

I wanted to inquire whether some mails are being flagged by SG by prefixing the subject with a "***Suspected SPAM***" or whether this comes from somewhere else?

This would be from your real email provider (gmail, etc.) or another service you have the Spamgourmet emails passing through before reaching your inbox.
