mail aren't transfer even the verification one

Hello after contacting my email provider (infomaniak) and seeing all the efforts they made to find out if the problem came from them without success.
I have to contact you in order to ask you to find out why I no longer receive my email transfers when it was working at the beginning of the year. The mail server no longer receives any spam messages from spamgourmet.com and they even searched in their log and found nothing that came from you, so the message sent to confirm the redirect email address was not sent from you.

Yet with Gmail, everything works well and especially everything worked before with Infomaniak.

I can’t give you information that’s too private, so I don’t know how to give you information that will help us understand where it’s sticking.
