Not receiving mails from @epicgames.com

Hi,

I'm currently having the problem that mails from @epicgames.com aren't forwarded to my real mail address. Neither are they listed in the list of eaten messages. Is this a problem from SG or from Epic Games?

Have you verified trying to send your SG account yourself?

Thanks for your quick reply. I just tested and successfully received my mail.

I wish I could provide more help, but I will suggest that I wouldn't recommend using SG for a valuable account that could be difficult to recover.

HI,

I don't think Epicgames is blocking.
I expect its a issue from the company where you want to link to eg. Ubisoft.
They block SG or dont accept the mail adress.

Hi,

I am facing the same issue. Epic seems to be utilizing outbound filtering.
