SpamGourmet rejecting emails from charity fundraiser engine?

I'm not receiving emails, in particular tax receipts, from various charities, all of whom use the same fundraising engine. This problem seems to have started around a year ago, as prior to that emails got through without any problem.

The fundraising engine is from a company called Artez, and its emails originate from A large number of charities I support are using this engine, so this is causing me significant problems.

I've contacted Artez about this. They looked at their outbound logs, and they tell me they did send the emails, but they can't tell if they were received at my end. They suggested that "my server (" may be blocking messages from the e2rm domain. I checked on and the related email addresses were never created.

I'd appreciate any assistance.
