emails from trusted senders not getting through

If the remaining message count gets to zero (0) then emails from trusted senders get eaten. I thought that emails from trusted senders would always get through and not decrement the counter???

It should continue to get through. Maybe there's a mismatch of some sort?

I'm sure it should work. I am not sure what you mean by 'mismatch'. I have checked the sender address as shown in the emails that do get through and my list of trusted senders and I can say that the message count gets decremented. This has happened with more than one address and trusted sender.

If you can send or PM the headers from one of the messages that decremented when you were expecting otherwise, that would help.
