SG not sending mail for new words

I am still receiving emails for my old created SG words and they come through fine. Past few days I signed up on sites with SG and never received confirmations. I decided today to test it by sending a test email to a newly created word and nothing came through. Please look into this

do you have a prefix or watchwords enabled? Either could stop new addresses from being created if they don't match

Watchwords have been disabled for a long time. I found the solution from another thread was do disable reply address masking. It seems there is a bad bug going on with reply masking
