Spamgourmet email bouncing

I have not been able to receive spamgourmet email for around a week now. I think it is only affecting emails forwarded by another mail server I use that are forwarded on to spamgourmet addresses. I think it is their problem, but I thought I would check here as well just in case.
When someone sends me an email they get an email back similar to the following.

This is the Spam & Virus Firewall at mail-gw.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk.
I'm sorry to inform you that the message below could not be delivered.
When delivery was attempted, the following error was returned.
<myemail@spamgourmet.com>: host gourmet7.spamgourmet.com[216.75.62.102]
said: 550 X-Host-Lookup-Failed: Reverse DNS lookup failed for
149.255.57.218 (failed) (in reply to MAIL FROM command)

Any ideas why this is happening?
