Email subject shows no messages left, website shows to

When I logged into the web site to increase the available messages I found this:
word max count remaining sent deleted created full address
b**** 20 20 287 213 2010-01-01 10:06 b****.********@mamber.net
For some reason, the # of remaining messages shown in the email didn't agree with what the web site shows
