The only times I've experienced no remaining message count is when the message comes from the address' exclusive sender, trusted senders probably do the same, but I don't use them, so I wouldn't know. Is this your case?

hmm. I'll have to see. I recall the count number being lower when I checked. I'll look again next time it happens.
