sending from disposable address, hash symbol problem

When sending from a disposable address, the address to email to always seems to have a # symbol in it.
I can't send an email to such an address from my hotmail account.
So does anyone know a way round this?
By changing the address somehow.
or
By stopping hotmail from rejecting the address.
