bbs.spamgourmet.com

I tried to get the bb to send me my password for another account address that I own. But I get the message that the account is inactive.

I used the correct username and used a mail address (spamgourmet.com) that was depleted, but that I have re-enabled with one message to deliver for the above purpose.

Can someone explian where I am going wrong?
