emails to SOME watchwords gone AWOL (others work fine)

the addresses aren't created so it's a problem on the SG side (rather than from SG to the protected email).
here are some recent watchwords i used that DIDN'T work:
* alphaomega
* scenebytes
* tradeone
there is no prefix defined; emails aren't in spam/trash; and resending to a different address does work properly.
