prohibited prefix - possible?

Some spammers seem to have gotten ahold of my SG account, and I've been getting large amounts of spam from them. Unfortunately I can't just let that address expire because I also receive legitimate mail from it. Here's the thing, the address was created as foo.20.mysgid@spamgourmet.com and I do use this address for legitimate email as I said. The spammers added a prefix, "duh" so the spam I receive is addressed to duh.foo.20.mysgid@spamgourmet.com.

If only there were a way to block mail with a certain prefix, I could block all the spam while still allowing legitimate mail through. Is this possible?

P.S. The addresses I used here are fictionalized, my real SG id is not "mysgid".
