Which domains are active?

Postby Zero » Fri Aug 10, 2007 6:58 am

I created a number of email addresses some time ago using domains other than "spamgourmet", that I found listed on the spamgourmet site.

Isearched for, but I can no longer see the list of alternative domain names on the spamgourmet site. How can I check if the email addresses (that is the domains) that I created are still active (other than by the obvious way of sending an email to them)?

Also, how can I find any new domain names that I could use as an alternative to "spamgourmet"?

There's no single list of domains -- that would make it too easy for someone who wanted to block disposable addresses to do so.

So far, no domain that we've announced has gone out of service.

Simply by browsing the sg website and forum I found 24 domains available - not all have HTML content, but all were announced to work...

Which domains are active?

Hi,
I was searching in News and found 26 addresses, and later I found easier way - just go to area: "send a message from one of your disposable addresses" and there are 25 options/domains in drop-down menu.

Josh - Why did I found 26 ? I don't know 8)

The missing one on drop-down is disposableaddress.com, and ping resolve it just fine...

:)

Best regards,
T.

misconfig -- thanks - there should be 26 now.

There are others, generally ones that the owners chose not to publish.
