Someone showed me reports that each time he sends a message from usa.net to xoxy.net, he gets back an error message saying there was a timeout.

Apparently it has been going on for a while.

Is there anyone who can get messages from usa.net to xoxy.net? If so, I'll know it's not a general problem.

Sorry for the delay in answering. I need to know exactly which host is used for posting, or which ISP. A copy of the timeout message with IP addresses would be nice.

Sorry, I didn't save a copy. However, it really gave no details on the time out. Why does the ISP matter? usa.net is a webmail.

It matters because we're trying to see where the block is. See my PM.
