If a sender uses various sub-domains, for instance HardRockPromotions@info2.hardrock.com &
Tickets@sales.hardrock.com, will just listing the domain (hardrock.com) as an exclusive sender cover all subdomains, or does each subdomain have to be listed separately?

all you have to do is put the "parent" domain.
