Exclusive sender doesn't work sometimes...

I'm having a problem with some of my entries. Most of the 160+ entries are working fine, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

In this case, I have the exclusive sender setup as: "email.rei.com"

and I received a forwarded email from: "REI Membership<REI_Coop_Membership@email.rei.com> -"

But the message count increased.

Any ideas why?
