Have evidence of another AT&T database breach?

Postby Elvey » Wed May 25, 2011 4:07 pm

I'm working on an investigative news story; I have a report that a DEA used exclusively for AT&T wireless accounts has been stolen from AT&T (or sold) and is receiving targeted spam. (This is not a user with an iPad; AT&T and Apple have already acknowledged a breach of 114,000 iPad owner's data. AT&T (other than via its Universal Card is not a publicly known victim of the Epsilon/Alliance Data breach either.)

If you use disposable email addresses and provided one or more to AT&T, Have you been receiving email not from AT&T to a DEA you used exclusively for an AT&T wireless account? Please please answer the poll, and reply with details - e.g. where you used the address, and what spam has been received. Feel free to PM me.
